All Sales Are Final
All products and services purchased from Print Me Logo are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, except in the case of a faulty product or error on our part.
Faulty Products
If you believe your product is faulty or there was an error in the printing process, please contact us immediately at sales@printmelogo.ca. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the faulty product. Our team will review your case and determine the best solution, which may include a reprint, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
How We Handle Faulty Products
1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@printmelogo.ca within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the faulty product.
3. Assessment: Our team will assess the issue and determine if it qualifies as a fault on our part.
4. Resolution: If approved, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a reprint, replacement, or refund.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, color variations (due to monitor settings), or design errors made by the customer.
Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
